Prospect Elm is a connector office. We introduce growing businesses to service providers we know personally - at the moment when the match makes genuine sense. Not at scale. Not by template. One introduction at a time, by a person who reads what you publish, watches what you build, and writes the email themselves.

The office is run by Joe Parker. The same person who reads, writes, signs, and sends every introduction. There is no team behind the email. The office is small on purpose.

We are paid by the practitioner on the other side of an introduction, and only when an introduction turns into a working relationship. So we are paid to make introductions that fit, not to make more of them. When a match doesn't make sense, the cost of writing it falls on us.

This page exists for one practical reason: if you received an email from this office, you should be able to confirm what it claimed. The brand is real. The vetting is real. The introduction was written by hand.
